Business Benefits

Once Assembly/Kit definitions have been set up, there may occasions when you wish to disassemble the Kit as part of a Work Order.

This program allows you to do this, with the option of putting the Components back into inventory.

Usage

Use this program to enter information related to Disassembly Work Orders and their Component lines.

Preconditions

Client codes must have been set up in program CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses].

Assembly codes must have been defined in program AS.79 [Assembly Definition].

Products that are to be used in the Disassembly are defined in program CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products].

The Adjustment code defaults to the value set up in Field 4 of program AS.79 [Assembly Definition]

but can be overridden with another one that has been defined in program CR.58 [Inventory Adjustment Codes].

If the Disassembly involves a chargeback to the Client, the Charge code must have been set up in program CR.22 [Storage, Handling, Other Rates].

Subsequent Actions

Disassembly Work Orders may be printed in program AS.04 [Disassembly Work Order - Print].

Once a Work Order is confirmed, any Charges that it generates may be printed in progam IP.53 [Accessorial Charges - Invoices].
